Workflows
Navigate to Workflows & Schemes → Workflows. Jira's workflow and scheme layer is one of the most common sources of configuration debt. The Workflows sub-section and Workflow Schemes sub-section are accessible from the expandable Workflows nav item.
Workflow Findings
| Finding | Description |
|---|---|
| Unused / Orphaned | Workflows not assigned to any project via a scheme. Primary cleanup target. |
| Dead-End Status | Workflow has at least one status with no outgoing transitions - tickets in that status can never move forward. |
| Duplicate | Two or more workflows with an identical transition/status signature. |
| Stale | Zero project assignments AND last edited ≥ 90 days ago. |
