Issue Integrity Categories

| Reopen Patterns | Issues transitioned back to open after being resolved - indicating quality gaps. |
| Assignee & Ownership Gaps | Unassigned issues in active sprints; issues with no owner across the instance. |
| Blocker & Dependency Issues | Active blocker-priority issues and unresolved linked dependencies. |
| Subtask & Hierarchy Integrity | Orphaned subtasks; subtasks with no parent issue. |
| Staleness & Time Anomalies | Issues untouched for extended periods; overdue in-progress items. |
| Estimation & Sprint Discipline | Issues in sprints with no story points; sprint scope creep indicators. |
